Shipping and Delivery

General shipping OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY METRO is calculated at checkout.

Delivery

• Dispatch of goods is arranged through Clearchoice Products PTY LTD
• Bulk items or delivery to remote parts of Australia (TAS, WA, NT, SA) may incur additional delivery costs
• Cleaning chemicals and oversized parcels exclude free shipping offer and attract additional freight costs
• Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery; however, delivery is typically within 1-3 days
• No weekend or after-hours delivery is available unless requested
• Clearchoice Products PTY LTD is not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to goods during transit
• Replacements or repairs of items are sent via prepaid postage
• For any issues, please contact us, and we will work to resolve them
• Large parcels cannot be delivered to PO BOX addresses
• All parcels will be delivered via standard road freight with authority to leave at the premises unless specified otherwise
• Same-day delivery for Sydney metro can be arranged for an additional fee.
