Built for demanding professional cleaning, the JCB-PW15040P petrol pressure washer combines a powerful 457cc JCB engine with a commercial-grade Annovi Reverberi triplex pump.

Producing up to 4000 PSI / 276 bar of pressure and a maximum water flow of 15 litres per minute, it is designed to remove stubborn dirt from large outdoor areas, machinery, commercial vehicles and equipment.

The pressure washer is powered by a 457cc, four-stroke JCB petrol engine with Euro V emissions compliance and recoil starting.

Its strong low- and mid-range torque allows the machine to deliver effective cleaning performance without continually operating at maximum engine speed. This can help reduce fuel consumption, operating noise and unnecessary engine wear.

An automatic low-oil cut-out system protects the engine by shutting it down when the engine oil level becomes too low.

Water-Suction and Priming Guidance

When drawing water from a barrel, tank or other non-mains source:

• Make sure the suction hose is completely sealed and has no air leaks.

• Position the pressure washer as close to the water source as possible.

• Air entering the suction side can prevent the pump from priming.

• Connecting the machine to mains water and operating it for approximately one minute may help release sticking valves.

• Prime the pump before connecting the high-pressure hose during start-up.

• Avoid exceeding the tested vertical suction height of two metres.

Fuel Requirements

Use good-quality automotive unleaded petrol suitable for four-stroke engines.

Do not mix petrol with engine oil.

When using E10 fuel:

• Use automotive E10 petrol with a minimum rating of 95 RON.

• A suitable fuel additive or stabiliser is recommended.

• Do not use fuel containing more than 10% ethanol.

• Use E10 fuel within 30 days of purchasing it.

• Do not leave E10 fuel stored inside the machine for more than four weeks.

• E10 fuel attracts moisture and may damage the fuel system when stored for extended periods.

• After draining the fuel tank, run the engine until the remaining fuel in the system has been consumed.

• Allow the engine to cool before draining the carburettor float bowl.

• Store and dispose of fuel responsibly and in accordance with local regulations.

Damage caused by incorrect, contaminated or poor-quality fuel may not be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Engine Oil

The engine requires approximately 1200ml of engine oil.

Check the correct oil grade in the supplied user manual before operation. The manufacturer’s product page refers to SAE 10W-30, SAE 30 and 15W-40 oils in different sections.

Always check the oil level before starting the engine. The built-in low-oil protection system may automatically shut down the engine when the oil level is insufficient.
