Description
Description
The KGS WET SEKTOR is available with either QRS loop or QRS lon g hook and are suitable for wet grinding and polishing of marble under a wide variety of floor grinding machines. The long hook version mounts directly under a standard non-woven floor pad for ease of use. The loop version requires a Velcro hook drive plate.
The KGS WET SEKTOR tools will work on slow and fast speed, single head, multiple head planetary and power tr owel machines. This versatility makes them a perfect choice for a fast polishing process which produces an outstanding polish with great clarity and gloss meter readings above 80. If a higher level of polish is required, this can be achieved using a KGS ENDURO™ 8000g pad under a high speed burnisher.
Available in 50, 80, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500 & 3000 grit sizes. For planetary machines, a minimum of three tools per head is required but 4 per head are often used. For single head machines, the number of tools required will depend upon the diameter of the driveplate. Typically a 430mm / 17’’ driveplate will require a minimum of 5 SEKTOR pads spread equidistant around the circumference. On heavy weight machines, increase the number of tools for longer life.
